1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the pktk platform and all services included within it. These Terms constitute a valid agreement between the authority operating pktk in Bangladesh ("Company") and the registered user ("Member").

pktk is an online betting and casino platform that provides sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and other interactive entertainment services. All members are requested to read and understand these Terms fully before using this platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services provided through pktk's main website, mobile version, and any associated digital channels. By using the services, the member confirms that they have fully read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 Precedence of Terms

In the event of any dispute, these Terms take precedence over all promotional materials, emails, or verbal communications. Where separate terms apply to specific games or promotions, those terms will serve as a supplement to these main Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at pktk, members must meet the following eligibility requirements. If these requirements are not met, the Company reserves the right to cancel the account at any time.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• The member must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• If multiple members of the same household operate separate accounts from the same device or IP address, the Company must be informed in advance.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.2 Account Security

The member bears full responsibility for their username and password. If unauthorized use of the account is discovered, it must be reported immediately to [email protected]. The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Providing any false or misleading information during registration is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

pktk gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. As part of this commitment, all members' age and identity are verified.

3.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Before submitting a first withdrawal request or completing transactions above a certain amount, the member may be required to provide any of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport photo
• Proof of date of birth
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

The Company reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. This step is taken solely to ensure the member's security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pktk ensures fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile and banking services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pktk supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour

4.3 Deposit Terms

Deposits must be made only from an account registered in the member's own name. Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the account will be suspended and a detailed review will be conducted before any funds are returned.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will be sent only to the same method registered in the member's own name that was used for the deposit. The Company may request additional verification for any withdrawal if needed. Once a withdrawal is approved, the Company will generally process it within 1 hour.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on pktk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pktk offers various bonuses and promotions for members. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming these benefits.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit + bonus combined). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the terms are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Whether multiple bonuses can be active at the same time will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

pktk's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Members can advance to higher tiers by being more active and playing regularly. The specific benefits of each tier are described in the separate VIP policy.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on pktk are governed by the following rules. These rules are strictly followed to ensure fair play.

6.1 Bet Acceptance Terms

The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet may be considered void and the deposited amount will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, all wagers will be settled according to the rules of the relevant event. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets will be settled according to the Company's rules.

6.3 Casino Games

Live casino and slot games are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. All games are run using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair results.

6.4 Gaming History & Disputes

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pktk platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability.
• Misusing bonuses or strategically operating accounts with the intention of taking advantage of bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or using inappropriate language toward other members or staff.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the Company's property, logo, or brand without authorization.

If any of these prohibited activities are identified, the Company may close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close an account under any circumstances. Similarly, a member may also request to close their account at any time.

8.1 Suspension by the Company

The Company may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• During an investigation when a breach of terms is suspected.
• When a problem arises during identity verification.
• When an unusual betting pattern is detected.
• When money laundering is suspected.

8.2 Closure by the Member

A member may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. All pending bets can be settled and any eligible balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Technical Issues & Limitation of Liability

We always strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, in certain circumstances, service disruptions may occur due to reasons beyond the company's control.

11.1 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to software bugs, server downtime, or network issues, the company will take reasonable action. Incorrect balances or payments displayed as a result of technical errors may be considered void.

11.2 Third-Party Services

pktk uses third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi). The company will not be directly liable for any issues arising from these providers' own servers or software.

11.3 Force Majeure

The company will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, political unrest, government directives, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

pktk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be clearly published on the website before they take effect, and registered members will be notified by email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the member's acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. Members always have the option to close their account if they do not accept the new terms.
